FleaMail collects information from you when you fill out our online membership and contact form. When filling in our online contact and membership form you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number as well as your pet’s details.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
- To process FleaMail membership for your pet/s.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of you FleaMail membership.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We will never ask you to supply your financial details such as credit card or bank account numbers online. This information will only be collected by Stripe.
